It is a trifecta of Albarino, Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay; each providing a balancing force in the blend. The Albarino is delicate in aroma, like a white peach, but full flavored. The Malvasia Bianca is almost overwhelming with jasmine flower and apricot nectar aromas, yet brisk and clean to taste. The Chardonnay is a ripe pear in both flavor and aroma, filling your mouth with warm, succulent flavor. But, the wine is much more than the sum of its parts...insanely good!

Medium to light-bodied white wine that is rich with peach and citrus fruits while the aromas tend to the floral and slightly nutty end of the spectrum. The wine has bright acidity and an easy-drinking quality.

Merryvale pale straw yellow in color, the Starmont Sauvignon Blanc displays fresh aromas of grapefruit, melon and lime leaf. The bright entry leads to medium weight and nice acid through the palate with flavors of citrus, melon and fresh hay. The finish is lengthy and refreshing.

This Reserve Fumé, Sauvignon Blanc was handcrafted with you and your taste buds in mind. The crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc boasts clean flavors of orange blossom and tangerine. What makes this new wine different than the California Fumé is it is sourced from Alexander Valley and is aged entirely in French oak barrels. The California Fumé you know and love is aged mostly in stainless steel tanks. The French oak influence lend rich and creamy flavors that are balanced by the crispness of the white peach and citrus notes. This is a great oyster wine as most Sauvignon Blancs are, but you can also pair this was some delicious crab cakes.

Odisea opens with inviting aromas of island blossoms and honeysuckle followed by notes of Asian pear, kaffir lime and a touch of wet stone. Pommelo, guava, kiwi, white peach and passion fruit flavors continue on the palate.
