    Flavorful grapes are hand and mechanically harvested in April and aged two months in stainless steel tanks. The color of the wine is a deep red with great intensity. On the nose, the wine shows delicious hints of plums and herbs. This Merlot reveals hints of chocolate and spice, while integrating perfectly with the dark fruit flavors. The wine is smooth with great structure. Food Pairing: Frontera Merlot is a delightful accompaniment to white meats, cheeses, and pasta dishes. Serve at room temperature.

Costanti?s straight Brunello can sometimes lack a little depth in its fruit, but not in 2006. This totally complete, harmonious Brunello is shaping up to be one of the wines of the vintage. It is a stunner. As delicious as the wine is now, it really needs at least a handful of years for the firm tannins to start melting away. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2031.

    The moderate growing climate of California’s Central Coast provides optimal growing conditions to produce complex, elegantly structured Pinot Noir. This wine has a lovely garnet hue and heady aromas of black cherries and ripe strawberries. The wine opens up to a flavor of red raspberry and a hint of spice with a creamy finish. We harvest our Pinot Noir grapes at their peak and cold soak them for a couple of days. The juice undergoes a cool fermentation to preserve the bright cherry fruit. American and French oak barrels are used to age the wine for about nine months.
