Martini & Rossi Asti is a fruity sparkling wine made from the finest 'Moscato Bianco' grapes grown in the heart of the prestigious Italian D.O.C.G. area. Top quality ripe grapes from a single variety are fermented once only. The fermentation is stopped at two thirds of its natural sugar potential. The resulting wine is low in alcohol, low in acidity, fresh, fruity and highly aromatic. This sparkling wine is a great partner to fruity desserts, pastry and ice cream.

Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rose is a fully sparkling wine crafted from premium Moscato Bianco, Brachetto and Malvasia grapes grown in Northern Italy. Light, crisp and aromatic with hints of citrus, elderflower and soft peach.

Mercat a delicate bead in the glass of soft golden color. The nose bursts with rich pear, green apple and hints of cream. On the palate the wine shows great finesse and balance with notes of papaya and pear rounded out with hints of hazelnuts, finishing with crisp acidity and freshness.

Peter Paul Champagne by Lallier is a Grand Cru Cuvee that was created specially for Peter Paul Wines. It is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The wine is bottled after blending in the spring, aged for a minimum of 36 months 'sur lies' in Lallier's chalk cellars and disgorged 3 to 5 months prior to release.

Pol Roger "White Foil" is never sold until the youngest component is a minimum of 3 years old...This additional maturity contributes much to the reputation "White Foil" enjoys. "White Foil" generally contains the wines of at least two vintages, often three or four. Reserve wines compose between 20-30% of the traditional blend.
