  • Avery Brewing Co. Collaboration Not Litigation 22oz

Avery Brewing Co. Salvation. The name of two intricate Belgian-style ales created by us, Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River Brewing and Adam Avery of Avery Brewing. After becoming friends a few years ago, we realized that we both had a Salvation in our line-ups. Was it going to be a problem? Should one of us relinquish the rights? "Hell no!" we said. In fact, it was quickly decided that we should blend the brews to catch the best qualities of each and create an even more complex libation. In April 2004, in top-secret meeting at Russian River Brewing (well actually it was packed in the pub, and many were looking over our shoulders wondering what the hell was going on), we came up with the perfect blend of the two Salvations. Natalie, Vinnie's much more significant other, exclaimed, "We should call this Collaboration, not Litigation Ale!" "Perfect!" we shouted. We celebrated deep into the night, (or is it morning?). Fast forward to November 14, 2006. After talking about it for over 2 years we finally decided to pull the trigger and Vinnie flew out to Avery to brew his Salvation exactly as he does in his brewery.

  • Avery Brewing Co. Ellie's Brown 6PK 12oz

Avery Brewing Co. this beautiful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nutty character of Adam Avery's late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Crystal and chocolate malts give this beer a brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, while subtle hopping gives it an overall drinkability that's second to none, just like Ellie!

  • Avery Brewing Co. India Pale Ale 6PK 12oz

Avery Brewing Co. In the 1700's one crafty brewer discovered that a healthy dose of hops and an increased alcohol content preserved his ales during the long voyage to India (as depicted in our label) to quench the thirst of British troops. Today, we tip our hat to that historic innovation by brewing Colorado's hoppiest pale ale. Avery IPA demands to be poured into your favorite glass to truly appreciate the citrusy, floral bouquet and the rich, malty finish. Brewed by hopheads for hopheads!

  • Avery Brewing Co. Joe's Premium American Pilsner 6PK 12oz

Avery Brewing Co. a contemporary rendition of a classic style, Joe's is hopped with purpose: beautifully bitter and dry with an abundance of floral, Noble German hops. Uber sessionable. Utterly American. This is Premium American Pilsner. Food Pairing: The hersbrucker hops in Joe's Pilsner are a cleansing counterpoint to mild, creamy cheeses like havarti or herb covered chevre. Very light straw color, pretty bright sunshine-like yellow when the light hits this. Head is sort of soda-like yet dense and about a half-inch in thickness. Looks nice and clean and clear as it should with some tiny bubbles streaming upwards to freedom. Taste - that first sip will have you re-thinking the mere notion of a canned pilsner. Erase every possible thing you've been told because this is something entirely different. One taste and the bite of the hops, the solid malt profile and the addictive crispness snap of a finish and you'll be hooked. Plenty of bitterness from all those hops as well as a mineral, almost iron-like, flavor as well. This one has the dryness associated with the style but that just keeps your face pressed in the glass after each sip

Remember, good things DO happen to good people. Here's to being good!

  • Avery Brewing Co. Maharaja Imperial 22oz

Maharaja is derived from the sanskrit words mahat, - "great" and rajan - "king". Much like its namesake, this imperial IPA is regal, intense and mighty. With hops and malts as his servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops: tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley - fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence. This newest Avery Dictator completes the "Dictator Series" joining the likes of The Kaiser & The Czar. Be aware that The Maharaja is a limited release only available for the summer. Welcome to his kingdom! The Maharaja is the second installment in our Dictator Series. It is crisp and clean, well balanced and exceptionally smooth. Tequila Avion is handcrafted using only the finest Blue Weber Agave found in the very highest regions of Jalisco. The Agave grown at this altitude are among the most coveted plants for tequila production due to the region's topography and its soil’s rich mineral content which lends a distinct quality and character to the spirit. The distillation process culminates in a proprietary filtration method coined "ultra slow filtration." After distillation, the tequila is filtered very slowly through activated carbon to remove all trace particulate matter, much like Tennessee whiskey is done."

  • Ayala Brut Majeur 750ML

Ayala Brut Majeur is the result of the blending of a particular harvest with quality reserve wines. Aÿ being the capital of Pinot Noir, this noble grape is always dominant thus ensuring the vinosity, the fullness and the intensity of the wine. Chardonnay gives elegance, liveliness and finesse, and Pinot Meunier adds a delicate fresh and fruity note. The cellar master is an artist, and every new cuvee he creates is a work of art, the result of very rigorous selections among innumerable possibilities. His art consists in recreating every year a great wine which is true to the style of the House, with the subtle balance between roundness, elegance and vivacity. The low dosage, 9 grams per litre, reveals the delicate nuances of the aromas and the bouquet. Brut Majeur is ideal served as an aperitif, however its vinosity and its personality make it also a wonderful accompaniment throughout a meal.

AYALA Rosé Majeur is perfect served as an aperitif or with appetizers, but it will also be superb with salmon to balance the fat, with roasted lamb, or with a dessert of red fruits.
