We’ve shaken up traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peels,and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. Sol is a festive and refreshing golden colored Pilsner-style beer with a fresh malty, fruity-lemony flavor and a soft, quenching dry finish. Stella Artois Cidre Pear boasts a subtle and refreshing pear flavour enhanced by delicate oaky notes, accenting Pear Cidre’s medium-bodied and refreshing, crisp taste.

Pours a light & cloudy pale-yellow color. The aroma is full of citrus fruit, (luscious lemon & grapefruit), and sweet caramel malts. Taste is similar to the nose with lots of fruity, citrusy grapefruit and sweet malts. A crisp, refreshing beer with a dry finish.

Full flavored brew with malt and hop aromas, and a delicate balance in its taste. Tecate has bold, deep earth, and herbal flavors framed by an almost muscular sense of nutty maltiness. Yet despite Tecate’s obvious power, the refined use of citrusy/bitter hops give the beer a terrific aromatic “lift” so the flavor never comes off heavy or harsh. Straightforward, seamless and satisfying. Tecate’s great flavor and bold taste shoud be enjoyed as an experience of its own, it is recommend serving it chilled (36 degrees), and occasionally with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of salt.

Unibroue color: Blond with a golden hue. Taste: Smooth, slightly tart with the balanced flavors of wild spices, malt and hops. Aroma: Wild spices. Serving Suggestions: Gourmet dishes, fine cheeses and desserts. In February 1994, after 18 months of research, Unibroue launched La Fin du Monde (the end of the world). It is a 9 percent alcohol, triple fermentation beer. This type of beer was originally developed by the monks of the Middle Ages to be served on special occasions. La Fin du Monde is a deluxe beer made by triple fermentation and a unique way of straining the yeast. This method produces an unexpectedly subtle flavour. With its champagne-like effervescence, it has a vigourous presence in the mouth, which accentuates its strong personality. Slightly tart, with the balanced flavours of wild spices, malt and hops, it belongs to the class of great Trappist beers and, in this regard, is a North American first. At meals, it can replace white or red wines and enhances the flavour of most dishes.

Peat-smoked whisky malt ale, amber red, cloudy, beige head with fine bubbles and moderate effervescence. Nose: a complex blend of smoke, apples, caramel, and whisky malt. Flavor Smoked malt whisky, low acidity masked by a caramelized apple flavor with a taste of fine yeast.

Full, round and warm with a pleasant ripe blueberry aroma/flavor that's rounded out by tart, zesty notes. Brewed with a blend of 2- and 6-row barley malt, classic Willamette Valley Aroma hops, German hops, and natural blueberry syrup from real blueberries.
