We sought our Cabernet Sauvignon in the Colchagua and Maipo Valleys. The dry climate and proximity to the Andes encourages full flavor ripening while maintaining bright and juicy acidity. Aromas of ripe blackberry and blueberry with a touch of vanilla; flavors are loaded with juicy currant, blackberry, and spice wrapped around a velvety texture framed with touches of chocolate and toffee. A stealthy, silky wine, perfect for stewed and braised meats, grilled vegetables, and righteous thievery.

Our Cabernet begins with beautiful scents of chaparral, sage and blackberry that evoke a feel of rustic elegance. Your palette is then greeted with tones of rich earth, black pepper and flavors of ripe plum. The tannins create a supple yet full-bodied finish with lingering notes of chocolate and espresso.

Offering fragrant cherry and cassis aromas framed by toasty, spicy oak scents on the nose, the mouth filling palate displays juicy, red-fruit flavors with a savory, toasted oak tone.

Trefethen aromas of black currant and savory spices highlight the nose on this beautiful and balanced wine. On the palate, it shows brightness with a touch of earthiness, caramel and black pepper. The finish is lush with richness and great structure. Food Affinities: Start with a base of a hearty red meat, duck or veal cut. Compliment the entree with sides or sauces featuring mushrooms, roasted tomatoes or garden spices to bring out the flavors in the wine. When pairing with cheese, stay with cow's milk or very mild blue cheeses.

Truchard rich aromas of raspberry, black cherry and cassis; with a hint of cedar and vanilla. The mouth is layered with flavors of plum, red currants, and berry jam. Ripe tannins focus the palate and provide a lengthy finish of spice and red fruit.

Tulsa Deco the Westhope Cabernet Sauvignon nose is lively with red and black cherries, blackberries, juicy plums and red licorice. It is very clean and fruit driven leading to the palate that expresses a medium body, medium acidity and a moderately tannic kick to it with a hint of burnt licorice creeping through the wine. This is a friendly Cabernet Sauvignon being very easy to drink.

Twisted Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied offering juicy black cherry, blackberry, and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Jammy black cherry and ripe plum flavors are complemented by a touch of spice and plush, supple tannins on the finish. Enjoy this wine with lasagna, grilled portobella mushrooms or a hearty chili.

Van Duzer abounding with impressions of red and black fruits and a classic balance of acid and alcohol, the taster will note traces of the unique earthy character known as "Rutherford Dust."

Wattle Creek this Cabernet Sauvignon opens up in the glass with a complex array of aromas. Powerful notes of Cigar box, fire roasted cherries, zesty raspberries; grilled beef and savory beef stock create aromatic complexity. Subtler notes of tobacco leaf, baker's chocolate, tar and earthy prunes linger in the background. The flavors echo the aromas with a layered complexity that is typical of Cabernet in a warmer vintage from a great growing region. Made from a blend of grapes grown predominantly in Sonoma County and Lake County, the inaugural vintage of our William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich palate of dark fruit flavors, with subtle hints of caramel and cocoa. The Sonoma fruit gave this wine its blackberry and black cherry flavors, while the Lake County fruit brought tremendous structure and presence to the blend. This Cabernet, which was blended with a touch of Merlot to round out the mouthfeel, will reveal more complex layers with time in the bottle.
