To craft our rich Cabernet Sauvignon, fully ripened grapes from Lodi and North Valley are crushed and impelled over six times daily during fermentation to maximize the rich fruit flavors and deep color. This Cabernet Sauvignon is easy to drink, round and has a long finish. Food pairing: Meatball marinara topped with mozzarella cheese.

Continuum has a deep red robe, black highlights and a vibrant violet rim. Primary aromas of black cherry, mulberry, rose petal and Ethiopian coffee develop greater nuance as the wine breathes, revealing red cherry, chocolate, fig and cardamom. On the palate, ripe damson plum, savory aged beef and allspice infuse the wine's silky tannins and rich velvety texture. This full yet supple, with a long and complex finish and a vibrant core of minerality. Decant and enjoy today or hold and cellar it for an additional 10 to 15 years. For the fullest sensory experience we encourage decanting Continuum, to allow the wine to breathe before serving. Decanting awakens the wine's more purely fragrant expression and enhances the suppleness of the palate.

We crafted this one in our signature Dancing Bull style, revealing bold notes of dark fruit, cloves, brown sugar and herbs. Darms Lane this is the fifth release of our 100% estate grown, hand crafted Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is located in the southwestern bench lands of Napa Valley, in the Oak Knoll appellation. The vineyard is comprised of both hillsides and valley floor. Ideal growing conditions throughout much of the growing season enabled the fruit to ripen at a constant steady pace and develop intense flavors. By the time rains hit in mid October the grapes had full maturity allowing us to make wines that have vibrant color, good flavor with balanced acids and tannins.

Just five miles from the Pacific Ocean, Edna Valley Vineyard has one of the longest and coolest growing seasons in California. Its location in one of the state's few east/west-oriented valleys allows nighttime coastal fog to move inland, cooling the grapes after a long day in the sunlight, so that they slowly mature while retaining sufficient acidity. The vineyard's unique site consists of layers of clay and volcanic rock over ancient ocean subsoil.

Grilled or sauteed steaks with peppercorns and hearty stews fare well with this lush, young wine. Great with cheeses as well!
