landmark of Chilean winemaking, produced from grapes from the famous Colchagua Valley and one of our most recognized wines of Chile. A ruby red, intense-colored wine. On the nose it’s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box scents while its affinity with oak lends vanilla, butterscotch and coffee notes. A wine in perfect balance showing real finesse and class, firm and round tannins, great structure, medium body and a long and persistent finish.

Meet the twins: a masterstroke of varietal blending from Chile's winemaking legend, Aurelio Montes. On their own, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon shine, but when paired up, these two classic varieties complement each other perfectly. It's a sensational double bill: wonderful richness, structure and fruit from the Cabernet, with smooth, velvety texture from the Malbec. These varieties add up to a wine that's greater than the sum of its parts, while the oak aging contributes with subtle notes of vanilla and liqueur, and its soft tannins provide an especially elegant finish.

Mount Eden Vineyards Mount Eden Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux-style blend of approximately 75% Cabernet, 22% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, although the cepage varies by vintage. This high mountain, cool coastal vineyard is an unusual site for California Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting its refreshing acidity and moderate alcohol. Fine integrated tannins buttress characteristic flavors of red currant, blackberry and earth. Recommended cellaring is ten to fifteen years.

Deep ruby with beautiful dark cassis and cherry mingle with spicy notes of anise, tobacco, and rosemary. Additional notes of sweet herbs, clove, vanilla, and toasted oak finish with a hint of cocoa. Blackberry, cocoa, and black peppercorn unite on the layered palate with complex notes of mocha, sage, and ripe cherry. Full yet elegant on the palate, with vibrant fruit and very approachable tannins. This wine has a long finish of rich cassis and berry.

Lush and juicy with ripe plum and blackberry fruit; smooth, dense and nicely structured with notes of coffee spice and cedar; a charming, deep wine with a long finish and lovely balance.

The nose has black fruit characters (blackberry, plum) with hints of oak (spices and vanilla). The wine is medium-bodied with berry, olive and vanilla flavors, well-balanced and softly tannic.

The Hayne Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of berry, vanilla and spice. On the palate, a nice combination of cherry and wild berry fruit is married with an enchanting mix of vanilla and herb. Toasty oak adds an intriguing nuance to the flavors, while the texture is round and soft. This wine is remarkably balanced and shows beautifully, even in its youth

This slightly opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley opens with a faint black cherry bouquet with a hint of black currant. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, friendly and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle oak infused black cherry with notes of mild red currant. I also detected a hint of plum. The finish is dry and its fairly moderate tannins linger slightly. I would pair this very food friendly wine with brown rice paella with shrimp.

Opus One harvest began on September 23 and concluded on October 23. Aromas of blackberry, rose petals, chocolate and espresso accentuate fruity and earthy nuances. Round velvety tannins enrobe a silky texture with a touch of minerality. The flavors of dark fruit are enhanced by the well integrated acidity. The acidity and tannin structure promise a very long life ahead.

Orin Swift the wine opens with a commanding presence of rich, fruit driven aromas laced with a hint of French oak. Upon entry, vibrant flavors of ripe currant, plum, roasted fig, and mocha invite the palate and then transition effortlessly into a supple and polished experience. Able tannin chains are balanced with bright acidity that supports a finish with almost never ending fruit themes. Perfectly approachable now, the wine can last for up to ten years in the cellar.

Paul Hobbs enticing aromas of blackcurrant and bittersweet cocoa grace this deep garnet-hued cabernet sauvignon. Silky in texture and firmly structured, it offers a rich palate of cassis and blackberry, framed by supple tannins and notes of graphite. Balanced acidity brightens a long finish.

Paul Hobbs bordeaux‐like in structure and purity, our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is both svelte and succulent. In addition to our Nathan Coombs Estate, sourcing for this wine includes Beckstoffer Dr. Crane, Beckstoffer Las Piedras and Stagecoach vineyards. These properties, whose prestige we have helped build, represent the best of Napa Valley. We are able to farm each as our own, via long‐term contracts defined down to the block, row and vine. Aromas include cassis, lavender, fresh crushed sage, black olive and cedar. The generous and savory palate excites with black fig, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, and graphite. The wine finishes long and pure with an element of fine, damp black clay.

The grapes for Peter Vella Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from some of California's best-known growing regions. Unlike many other Cabs, however, this wine is created in a light, easy-to-enjoy style with soft notes of cherry fruit and a wonderfully smooth finish. I've never met a Cab I didn't like and versatility is probably the reason why. Ours will go from Porterhouse steak to a bowl of chili without missing a beat. Or try it with fiery homemade chicken fajitas and a side of Spanish rice. The mellowness of this wine handles spicy very well.

Pietro Family Cellars sophisticated dark fruit and cassis aromas are followed by carefully unfolding layers of fruit and minerality. This very structured wine is a wonderful food wine that complements many dishes. The tannins are well integrated, making the wine very approachable. A great wine for everyday sipping and casual dinners. Try with a juicy burger, grilled tri-tip, herb roasted chicken, cassoulet and lasagna.
