Tamber Bey's first release of a 'Oakless' Chardonnay, made from the same Dijon Chardonnay Clone that is in the renowned Deux Chevaux Vineyard Chardonnay. Fermented and aged entirely in Stainless Steel, this new wine brings out and incredible bright and fresh sensation of the fruit. It all starts with an explosion of banana, ripe Danjou pear and an undertone of melon. Then the soft entrance evolves on roundness, a sap-like flavor and texture supported by the acidity, with notes of banana again, sweet-gum and touches of salinity.

Tropical aromas of pineapple with hints of lemon curd, mango and brioche. Pleasant undertones of citrus with flavors developing to stone fruits with bright acidity and a lingering finish.

Like a South Australian sunrise, this tasty white has starlight brightness with light straw hues. The nose is refreshingly tropical with hints of melon and Hawaiian pineapple leading into zippy fresh Chardonnay fruit. Ahead of the trend of UNOAKED Chardonnay we opened the door to a world of Chardonnay that tasted like the varietal. We keep our Chardonnay clean and refreshing allowing the fruit to shine through. It has a fruity taste that is crisp, clean and steely. With a flavor of peaches, grapefruit, citrus..

The grapes are picked during the night to preserve freshness, then gently de-stemmed and pressed at the winery. We ferment 100% of the juice sur lie (basically, with the sediment) in a combination of new and used American, Eastern European and French oak barrels for eight months. This wine delivers white peach and Asian pear aromas and is rich, yet crisp on the palate with great acidity. We prefer to just think of it as a solid American Chardonnay with some oaky heft behind it. Pairs well with brie & crackers, a walk in the woods on a warm fall day, and Skype dates with old friends.

This Russian River Valley Chard grabs your attention with pronounced flavors of baked apple, pineapple, mango, ripe bosch pear and delivers the buttery, slightly smoky kick we expect from well-made Chards. The wine is nicely- balanced and has layers of complexity leading to a very long finish.”

Our Chardonnay is straw in color. A bouquet of citrus and underlying tropical notes. The wine has flavors of green apple, and pear flavors with a full rich finish. A creamy texture and balanced acidity make this wine an ideal complement to many foods.

Morning Fog Chardonnay is an great expression of Livermore Valley Chardonnay, with diverse alluvial fans of soil consistently creating Chardonnay with beautiful and lingering minerality, which coupled with the natural acidity from the long and cool growing season, creates a beautiful wine. Crisp flavors of green apple and tropical fruit, balanced by vanilla and a touch of toasty oak from barrel aging. With a mouth-filling body and balanced acidity, this wine delivers a medium-long, refreshing finish. Full-bodied with a lingering creamy finish allow this to pair well with oysters, chicken and veal.

Our Riva Ranch Chardonnay is a beautifully rich, yet balanced style of Chardonnay that represents what the Arroyo Seco appellation has to give. Deep, rich soils allow for vines with deep roots, which help to deliver rich fruit flavors. In addition to the classic Chardonnay aromas of apple and pear, Arroyo Seco consistently delivers aromas of tropical fruits and stone fruits. This is distinctly a California style of Chardonnay, but is consistently well balanced with ample acidity. Displaying the perfect balance of tropical fruit, acidity and creamy notes of butter, vanilla and subtle oak from barrel aging, this Chardonnay has a round mouth-feel and a crisp, long finish.

Bright and expressive, our William Hill Estate Napa Valley Chardonnay offers a taste of luxury with its rich palate and silky mouthfeel that culminate in a long, lingering finish. William Hill Estate North Coast Chardonnay offers aromas and flavors of ripe tree fruit, underscored by hints of brown spice, citrus and tropical fruit. Hailing mostly from Sonoma and Mendocino, with a touch of fruit from Napa, this well-integrated wine has excellent acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.
