    "Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in our Pinnacles vineyard on the western flanks of the Gavilan Mountains in Monterey County. In this up-and-coming region, the cool climate and sandy, well-drained soils keep yields low and fruit intensity high. The cool Monterey climate accompanied by a long growing season produced a ripe, mouthfilling Chardonnay. Subtle oak accentuates bright fruit. A rich, fruity bouquet and soft, creamy texture of this Chardonnay result from combining the best attributes of barrel and tank fermentation."

  • Estancia Pinot Grigio 750ML

    Estancia Pinot Grigio is produced from grapes grown in cool climate vineyards that are remarkable for their lengthy growing season. Hand-selected, whole-clusters were gently pressed in traditional basket presses to deliver a wine with zesty, ripe, concentrated fruit flavors, a refreshing creamy mid-palate and a flinty, mineral-laced finish.. Aromsa of fresh notes of pear, apricot and honeydew melon are accented by hints of citrus and lemongrass. On the palate Bartlett pear, white peach, Golden Delicious apple, mineral and water chestnut flavors mingle together with white pepper accents. Medium bodied with vibrant fruit intensity.

  • Failla Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 750ML

    20% of our young-vine Chardonnay blend was fermented and aged in concrete egg vessels. The remainder fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak, only 15% new and barely perceptible in the finished wine's flinty nose balanced with citrusy scents of grapefruit and lime filled out with a hint of jasmine and oyster-shell. The textural contributions of the concrete-fermented lots nicely balance the wine's vibrant mouth-watering acidity.

    This is a great wine and food pairing for a quiet evening at home or entertaining friends. This Sauv Blanc paired with the bold cheeses in the mac 'n cheese dish is a perfect balance and complement of flavors. We served this wine slightly chilled to bring out hints of grapefruit, peach, and an assortment of tropical fruits. On first taste, the tropical fruits are light and sweet without being too sweet. It gives you the sense of being on a tropical island. The acidity from the grapefruit is a nice balance on the palette leaving your mouth begging for another sip.

    Ferrari-Carano Chardonnay from Sonoma County has superior lots of wine from our vineyards in Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley, Carneros and Dry Creek Valley. This full-bodied Chardonnay boasts aromas of baked apple, marshmallow, pear, citrus and a hint of graham cracker, perfectly balanced by flavors of Fuji apple, lemon, vanilla and lingering, creamy toasted oak notes. Food Pairings: This versatile, full-bodied Chardonnay pairs perfectly with seafood, poultry, white meats and dishes with cream sauces. Try preparations that include citrus, butter, cream, cheese, bacon, nutmeg, thyme, basil or toasted nuts.

This wine has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from barrel aging adds, body, complexity and depth. Our Fumé Blanc pairs well with simple seafood and poultry dishes, and also holds up nicely with white meats such as veal and pork. The wine has lively flavors that go well with spicy and ethnic cuisines such as Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Mexican and Southwestern dishes.

    Chardonnay Santa Barbara County has beautiful crisp pineapple, white peach and citrus-styled aromas and flavors to go with a medium-bodied, racy, and lively style on the palate. Coming mostly from Rodney-s Vineyard, yet also from Los Alamos, Sierra Madre, Camp 4 and Rancho Esperanza, this beauty was 100% barrel-fermented and aged 30% in new French and Hungarian oak. Enjoy it over the coming couple of years.
