    A great example of California Cabernet with a deep ruby core and intense aromas of blackberries, black cherries, spices and toast. The palate is dry with flavors of dark fruits, cloves and oak toast, supported by ripe, supple tannins and followed by a long finish. RECOMMENDED WINE PAIRING: Marinated Tenderloin of Beef with Bleu Cheese Butter.

    This Chardonnay shows characteristics of tropical and citrus fruit flavors – lemon, pineapple and sweet white peach. These flavors continue on a lush, juicy palate dominated by clean citrus flavors. Some aging in French oak gives the wine additional depth of flavor and a creamy, refreshing mouthfeel. RECOMMENDED WINE PAIRING: Steamed Clams and Mussels with Grilled Bread.

    Deep, dark rose in color, this stylish Pinot Noir starts off with ripe cherry and red berry aromas. Lush and complex on the palate, this wine shows off juicy strawberry jam and red berry flavors.     Deep ruby in color, this classic Zinfandel begins with aromas of black mission figs, black cherries and vanilla. The palate is filled with intense characters of brown, baking spice, vanilla, cherries, pomegranate and fig. These flavors repeat themselves on a long, elegant finish. Try it with our recipe for rack of lamb with a black pepper Dijon crust. RECOMMENDED WINE PAIRING: Filet Of Beef Glazed With Balsamic Vinegar-Zinfandel And Rosemary Sauce.

  • Champalou Vouvray 750ML

    Champalou the harvest is carried out at the cold temperature of the morning, and the grapes are directly pressed on arrival at the winery. Fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks in our cellar. The wine is matured at cold temperature on its lees for eleven months before bottling. The freshness and and delicate aromas of the wine make it a perfect partner with grilled fish and white meats, shell-fish, roasted vegetables and oriental food. When young, this is also a first-rate aperitif wine.

    Chandon Blanc de Noirs is characteristically a delicate salmon color. Wild cherry, currants and strawberries dominate both aroma and flavor. These vibrant red fruit flavors linger across the palate and are balanced with lively acidity and a soft, lingering, creamy texture. Winemaker Tom Tiburzi suggests you try this versatile wine with everything from fruity to spicy to salty foods including Southwestern, Latin American, Mexican and Asian cuisine. Also pair this mostly Pinot Noir sparkler with the foods you would chose to eat with a varietal Pinot Noir such as roasted beets, mushrooms and salmon.

    The Rosé is a gorgeous and vibrant pink color with streaks of salmon and fushia edges. Wild strawberry and watermelon aromas are interwoven with Herbs de Provence, citrus and mineral notes. These same flavors carry through to the palate where they intensify with a surprisingly broad and plush mouth feel that concludes with snappy acidity. Our goal is to create a tug-of-war of flavors between red fruit and savory notes, allowing the red fruit to just barely win out. This year Syrah dominates the blend again, but with important supporting roles of other Rhone varieties.

    The Charles Joguet “Les Petites Roches” Chinon is an opaque red wine, dark purple at the core to ruby at the rim with medium+ viscosity. On the nose it has moderate intense aromas of dark juicy plums, jammy blackberries, cassis, clove, cinnamon, canned black olives, coffee grounds, ash, dried tobacco, tobacco leaves, a touch of roasted green bell pepper, and hints of spice. It is dry with medium to medium+ tannin, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol and medium+ length finish

    Chasing Venus wines are produced from grapes grown on small family farms in the acclaimed Marlborough appellation. Griggs Vineyard is situated in an old riverbed against the eastern hills of the appellation. The gravelly, well-drained soils promote pronounced grapefruit flavors. The Burdon-Shutkowski vineyard is located near Grove Town, at the very southern edge of the Marlborough appellation, and produces fruit with a wonderful balance of herbal and citrus and stony mineral notes.

  • Château de Lascaux Coteaux du Languedoc 750ML

    Lascaux grows its fruit in cool vineyards beneath the Massif Central, the huge central plateau of ancient granite and crystalline rock in south-central France near the Languedoc. A blend of 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache, and 5% Mourvedre, it is everything you would hope for in a well-made Languedoc red. This syrah-Grenache blend has a freshness and vibrancy that many wines from the south lack. Plummy, full-bodied, and fresh tasting, there is great balance here, with violet, lavender and slight notes of clove. Blackcurrant characteristics intermingle well with the rest and carry through the long and rich finish. A big mouth-full on the palate.
