    Orin Swift Saldo has a dark ruby color and intense aromas of dark cherry, cocoa powder and baking spice. The entry is rich and full, and leads into a broad mid palate with concentration and density, backed by lively acidity. The texture is soft and the tannins are polished. The finish is long with persistent notes of chocolate, berry and vanilla bean.

    This, our only multi-vineyard wine, comes from three of the finest appellations in Sonoma County. As with our single-vineyard wines, the grapes are harvested by hand, fermented on native yeasts and aged in small cooperage. Cool summer weather delayed ripening; we began harvesting in mid-September, finishing in late October. We chose the most accessible lots from eight ranches. This elegant wine has generous fruit, and will be most enjoyable over the next four to five years. Garnet color; briar fruit, dried herbs, clay earth, sweet oak; Fresh raspberry and cherry, moderate acid, round tannins, savory oak spice, medium body, lively finish.

  • Spann Vineyards Mo Zin 750ML

    Spann Vineyards Zinfandel creates a marvelous base of raspberry and blackberry flavor while the mourvèdre adds a raspberry aroma and a meaty/beefy taste plus the backbone necessary to make these combined flavors stand up in the mouth. Syrah ads a black plum note and extra richness. This Provence-inspired wine was made to be immediately enjoyable but will also improve and gain complexity in the bottle for 5 to 8 years after the vintage date. As this ages, more of the leathery/raspberry notes from the mourvèdre will appear. It has a food-friendly, graceful balance between fruit and oak and matches well with everything from grilled ahi tuna to Italian red sauce dishes to lamb and red meats and can handle spicy or peppery foods as well.

  • Turley Rattlesnake Ridge Zinfandel 750ML

    Turley Rattlesnake Ridge is an estate-owned and certified organic vineyard. Located at the top of Howell Mountain at about 2600 feet, the vines see more sun here then they would on the valley floor; however, it is much colder due to the elevation, and can even snow in the winter. All combined, these factors make for a truly unique wine: bold, strong tannins and an acid backbone that can only come from Howell Mountain.
