Evan Williams Cherry Reserve combines aged bourbon with "natural cherry flavor." The distiller can't legally call this bourbon, so you won't find that word anywhere on the bottle. But that's what it is, albeit with the addition of cherry.

Like a fine wine, each bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon contains a date telling when it was put in oak and bottled, in addition to the exact serial number of the single barrel from which it was drawn. The elegant bottle is sealed with a cork stopper, finished in black wax and features a distinctive label that reflects the hand-crafted care that goes into the making of this Bourbon. "Sticky toffee, maple syrup, and vanilla cream notes up front are followed by candied fruit, refreshing mint, and spicy cinnamon. Dry, resinous oak finish. All grapes for this wine came from our own vineyards in the Dundee Hills. Even though this is our "young vine" cuvée, the vines average 32 years. Eyrie’s attentive vineyard practices focus on rigorous training of the vines and on picking at just the right time in order to capture optimal Pinot flavor.

Ezra Brooks® is a genuine sour mash; aged naturally in new charred white oak barrels and charcoal filtered for a mellow flavor. Through seven generations it is, and will always be, the bourbon for those with a rugged spirit and a taste for adventure. Failla a change in ownership of this storied vineyard west of Philo offered us an entrée to the source of many Pinots we've admired over the years: Littorai, Peay, Radio Coteaux to name a few. We believe our inaugural vintage does its cousins proud. The nose seduces with ripe, dark fruits such as fig and black currant, underscored with hints of peppercorn and cured meat. A savory palate with great grip is rounded by elegant, fine tannins. Will age well for 7-10 years

20% of our young-vine Chardonnay blend was fermented and aged in concrete egg vessels. The remainder fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak, only 15% new and barely perceptible in the finished wine's flinty nose balanced with citrusy scents of grapefruit and lime filled out with a hint of jasmine and oyster-shell. The textural contributions of the concrete-fermented lots nicely balance the wine's vibrant mouth-watering acidity.

Reposado means "to rest." We let our Familia Camarena 100% Blue Agave Reposado Tequila rest in American oak barrels for 60 days before bottling. Cabernet Sauvignon Next Wine  Fancy Pants Cabernet Sauvignon presents a robust and rich palate with ripe berries, red fruit, and toasty oak flavors. Cherries and vanilla spice on the mouth lead to a long, lingering finish. This graceful, flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed now and makes an enjoyable accompaniment to roast chicken, steaks, roasts, lamb, game and mildly seasoned pastas.

Fancy Pants Pinot Grigio presents a lovely bright color, indicative of the subtle delicacy and crisp finesse of the wine. A bouquet of tantalizing aromas starts with crisp pear, tangerine and citrus with hints of grapefruit and floral notes. Crisp and refreshing, this Pinot Grigio is the perfect accompaniment to sweet potatoes gnocchi with butter and sage.

This is an elegant wine with flavours of cherries & plums and a hint of spice on the nose. These flavours follow through onto smooth palate that finishes with rounded fruity tannins

Chenin Blanc/Sauvignon Blanc: The nose has a combination of citrus blossoms, lime, granadilla, a bit of grassiness with a touch of flintiness. The palate is crisp, dry with a round finish and lingering aftertaste 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Chenin Blanc.
