Merlot is one of America's fastest growing red wines. Not as full-bodied as Cabernet, not quite as fruity as Chianti, our Merlot delivers rich flavors of ripe raspberry and cherry, with a smooth finish that is especially pleasing. Our Merlot's bold flavors and smooth style make it a great match for meat, pasta, or a hearty vegetarian dish. This wine is a great alternative to Burgundy! With its characteristic softness, Liberty Creek Merlot can be admirably used to contrast dishes with big, bold flavors like pasta arrabiata, or to complement more subtly flavored recipes like eggplant parmesan.

Pinot Grigio / Pinot Gris is usually delicately fragrant and mildly floral with light lemon-citrus flavors. Depending upon ripeness at harvest and winemaking technique, Pinot Grigio can be tangy and light, or quite rich, round and full bodied. Our Pinot Grigio is light-bodied with hints of citrus fruits and notes of ripe apple. It pairs perfectly with light pasta dishes and fresh green salads.

Sweet Red is a blend of red wines that yield a fresh fruit forward taste. A brilliant wine type that captures the flavors and aromas of rich, ripe fruit. Typically characterized by sweet berry notes, it has a soft finish and refreshing mouth feel. Our Sweet Red is soft and sweet with layers of bright cherry and wild boysenberry flavors, and a silky smooth finish. Enjoy chilled. It pairs perfectly with everyday foods, such as burgers, pizza, spicy, chili and hot chicken wings.

A delicate fresh strawberry bouquet distinguishes our White Zinfandel from our other blush wines. Salmon-hued and with a bright cherry flavor profile, this wine is light-bodied with a crisp finish, making it perfect for friendly get-togethers on hot summer afternoons. The quintessential wine for a wine and cheese soirée on the patio, it can also take its place at the dinner table next to cheese ravioli in lemon cream sauce or linguini with fresh pesto and pine nuts. A crisp Chinese chicken salad, or pork chops with applesauce would make excellent companions for this wine as well.

Fruit-driven in style, the Liberty School Chardonnay offers up-front aromas of green apple and citrus blossom typical of the variety. Bright flavors of citrus, pineapple, bosc pear, honey and a subtle hint of toasted oak are balanced by a clean, crisp finish. From the Central Coast of California, it's a best buy.

Cuarenta y Tres is Spain's leading liqueur and has been made in Cartagena by Diego Zamora since 1924 although it's origins go back many centuries. The name derives from the forty three ingredients that go to make up this fine liqueur. With it's smooth vanilla and citrus flavours it is excellent on the rocks or in cocktails.

Medium to deep red. Berry, plum and spice with vanillin oak aromas on the nose. Medium to full bodied with berry, plum and spice flavours on the palate supported by attractive sweet oak char and spice. Soft generous finish.

Bin 65 is a very approachable Chardonnay, golden yellow in color and soft in the mouth from a touch of malolactic fermentation; the open is an apple nose which unfolds into a mouthful of peach overwhelming a melon backing, ending in some spicy notes from a little oak aging. Finishing short, but clean, clearly most of the wine has been steel tanked, and a finale of acidity which makes this a nice choice and a Great Value!

Lioco aroma: Mirabelle plum, spearmint, night blooming jasmine. Flavor: Loquat, nectarine pit, green cardamom. Food Pairings: Sturgeon w/ lemon butter, grilled diver scallops, washed rind cheeses.

Pale pink. An exotically perfumed bouquet evokes fresh red berries, blood orange and quince, with a sexy floral topnote. Silky and round on the palate, offering pliant raspberry and floral pastille flavors and a hint of anise. Finishes juicy and long, with resonating spiciness and florality Food Pairings: Smoked fish, crab louie, pork rillettes.

I suggest Liquid Geography rosé of Monastrell. Monastrell already being one of my favorite Spanish grapes, this salmon-hued wine delivers all the fruit flavor of the full red with a refreshing lightness. Floral on the nose, this wine delivers lush melon, slightly under-ripe strawberry and refreshing citrus notes. Add a light mineral finish for complexity, and you have a great and affordable example of the potential of pink wine. I suggest pairing this wine with any kind of lighter summer fare, be it strawberry and spinach salad with goat cheese, or chicken salad sandwiches.

Little Black Dress Merlot, accessorized with aromas of ripe black cherry, notes of cranberry and herbs, and a charming hint of vanilla oak on the finish.

Lockwood Vineyard inviting aromas of green apple and citrus are accented by vibrant mineral notes. Bright flavors of honeysuckle and passion fruit dance on the palate, ending with a hint of lemon. The wine displays a crisp acidity while maintaining a balanced palate and creamy texture that leads to a long finish.

Lola Kay the wine opens with a crescendo of black cherry, cedar, mocha and vanilla bean. Then things really get interesting as the flavors open up into an array of classic claret notes: lavender, rosemary, sweet mint, rich dark cherry, dusty earth, blackberry bramble and cocoa. Serve with whatever pleases your palate. However, slow-cooked pulled pork sandwiches would be nice. Or invite everyone over for grilled panini with manchego, smoked bacon and arugula. Alternatively, some- times less is more: Enjoy this wine with a thick slab of the best bread in town, rich butter and sprinkled sea salt..... Simple pleasures.
