Miner's generous layers of spiced fruit and creamy, toasty oak combine seamlessly on the palate of this Chardonnay. Fermented using native "wild" yeast cultures, this complex wine was crafted to age gracefully and is the purest expression of our exceptional vineyard sources in the Napa Valley.

Mirassou Chardonnay exhibits intense aromas and flavors of stone fruits such as peaches and nectarines, as well as tropical fruits like pineapple. Secondary flavors of melon, pears, citrus, floral, and vanilla notes combine with a creamy mouth feel which culminate in a pleasantly concentrated finish.

Luscious fruit flavors of black cherry and blackberry. These primary flavors are augmented with secondary flavors of vanilla, toasty oak and spices including clove and nutmeg. The addition of complementary varietals contributes to a velvety mouth feel and lingering, smooth finish. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within a year of release, but should be able to age in the bottle for up to three years.

Our Mirassou California Pinot Grigio reveals intense aromas and flavors of white peach, baked apples, and juicy pear with notes of citrus. The sweetness of the bright fruit flavors balances nicely with the crisp acidity. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with spicy dishes as well as grilled poultry or seafood.

Our Mirassou California Pinot Noir displays fresh fruit flavors of pomegranates, cherries and currants with complementing aromas of strawberries, pomegranates and cherries. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within a year of release, but can age in the bottle for up to three years if carefully cellared. The reddish-purple hues of the inaugural release of our red blend, Mirassou California Sunset Red, are reminiscent of a beautiful California sunset. As the Pinot Noir pioneers to California, we are paying tribute to this elegant grape that we introduced here more than a century ago by letting it take the lead in this blend. Its sophisticated flavors of pomegranate and dark cherry are well-complemented by Zinfandel’s spice notes and red fruit flavors. To enhance the features of both varieties while rounding out the mouthfeel, we added a touch of Merlot.

Mitolo opaque dark red with youthful purple hues. Serpico has a very diverse aromatic spectrum; cut black plums intermingle with leather and herbal spice. e tannin structure is seemless, nishing with rewarding tightness. Flavours of anise, blackcurrant and roasted coee bean prevail.

Moet & Chandon on the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity. On the palate, the wine instantly traces an astoundingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Fine and constant, light straw yellow delicately sweet with right balance of acidity. Rich, intense, aromatic, fruity, with traces of acacia and orange blossoms, and scent of wild mountain honey.
