Naked Winery naked is our bare-all wine. Stripped of traditional attitudes, only the free-spirited grapes go into this voluptuous wine. Lusty with a smooth complexion and long legs. This wine gives a full-frontal of ripe cherries with a firm well-rounded end. Who doesn't love to get Naked?

The nose has black fruit characters (blackberry, plum) with hints of oak (spices and vanilla). The wine is medium-bodied with berry, olive and vanilla flavors, well-balanced and softly tannic.

Aromas of olives and herbs with a hint of American Oak and berry-like flavors make this garnet colored merlot an excellent accompaniment to red meats, hearty vegetable dishes and pasta with tomato-based sauces.

Natural Ice is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn that lends Natural Ice its delicate sweetness. It then undergoes Anheuser-Busch’s exclusive ice-brewing process, which takes the beer to a temperature below freezing and leads to the formation of ice crystals which create its signature rich and smooth taste. Neige inspired by the technique used to make ice wine and by our very particular climate, ice cider (also known as apple ice wine) was born out of the Québec terroir, which has the extreme cold winter temperatures needed to produce the concentration of sugars for its creation. "Ice Cider," or the cider obtained from the fermentation of the juice of apples, must attain a pre-fermentation sugar concentration of at least 30 degrees Brix by natural cooling alone, and the finished product must contain a residual sugar level of at least 130 grams per litre as well as an acquired alcoholic content of more than 7%, up to a maximum of 13% per volume.

Named in honor of our co-founder's bike trip through Europe, Fat Tire Amber Ale marks a turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Together with co-founder Kim Jordan, they traveled around sampling their homebrews to the public. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness. Fat Tire: Pairs well with people.

Neyers iIn a recent New York Times review, Eric Asimov referred to our Del Barba Zinfandel as a wine with 'freshnes, energy and balance'. He rated it among the top ten of the scores of wines he tasted for the article. In last month's San Francisco Chronicle, Jon Bonne called our Del Barba Zinfandel '...an aromatic, food-loving Zinfandel style that balances brawn and finesse', naming it one of the Top 100 wines of the year. Balance is especially important in Zinfandel, and here we retain the natural flavor of the grape. The wine remains refreshing yet loaded with flavor.

The Hayne Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of berry, vanilla and spice. On the palate, a nice combination of cherry and wild berry fruit is married with an enchanting mix of vanilla and herb. Toasty oak adds an intriguing nuance to the flavors, while the texture is round and soft. This wine is remarkably balanced and shows beautifully, even in its youth

At Niepoort we believe that the colour of the Port should be inspired by the "ruby stone". Niepoort Ruby is fresh, young and fruity. An expressive Port with great character. Ruby keeps well for several years, although the wine will not improve with age. No decanting is necessary since the wine contains no sediment. The wine comes from low yielding old vineyards in the Cima Corgo Region of the Douro Valley. The grapes are predominantly trodden in Lagares, prior to ageing in large wooden vats at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia and bottled with an average age of 3 years. Dark red in colour, with a fresh vibrant aroma of dark fruits which follows through on the palate along with a mineral character, a youthful wine with good extract and great balance, offering superb "drinkability".
