    Pour a beautiful dark golden straw color. Nice head but not too large. It smells slightly spicy, and that is what you taste at first but not dry. I swear they are using Noble Hops. The tastes become much more malty, a nice warm biscuity taste. The mouthful is light but not thin. This Pilsner is right up there with Noble Pils by SA and SN Summerfest. Behemoth is a great beer for summer and the rest of the year as well.
