  • Boulevard Entwined Ale 6PK 12oz

Boulevard entwined Ale is the first production batch of a test beer formerly referred to as Nelson. While the recipe was adjusted slightly from the original tests, the use of Muscat juice remains the focus. The juice was combined with pale malt in the brewhouse for a beer that is light both in body and in color. It was hopped exclusively with a New Zealand hop variety called Nelson Sauvin, known for its tropical fruit and white wine-like aromatics. This unique session ale has a refreshing, slightly tart finish.

  • Boulevard Long Strange Tripel 4PK 12oz

Lately it occurs to us that if, back in 1989, you planned on starting a brewery in the back of your carpentry shop, you'd been wise to seek out someone like Harold "Trip” Hogue. A collector of ancient Volvos, Trip was well qualified for the make-do engineering required to coax recalcitrant equipment out of retirement and into making the first Boulevard beers. Today, he is our longest-tenured employee. We offer this rich, golden Tripel in grateful tribute to dedication, everywhere.

  • Boulevard Pale Ale

Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

  • Boulevard Smokestack Series Reverb Imperial Pilsner 750ML

Boulevard with its classic recipe and impeccable craftsmanship, Reverb Imperial Pilsner echoes our Collaboration No. 1 Imperial Pilsner, produced with esteemed Belgian brewmaster Jean-Marie Rock. Like its predecessor, this summer seasonal is a study in delicately balanced contrasts. Up front, Pilsner malt makes a clear yet restrained statement, answered by the steady, harmonious hum of Saaz hops, traces of which linger in the dry, crisp finish.

  • Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale 4PK 12oz

Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard it’s fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were developing variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

  • Boulevard The Sixth Glass

Do you know what dwells in a glass?" asks Ole, in Hans Christian Andersen’s The Watchman of the Tower. Better known for stories such as The Little Mermaid, Andersen wrote this short, cautionary tale for a somewhat older audience. Our quadrupel ale, also meant for the mature connoisseur, is a deep and mysterious libation, dark auburn and full-bodied, its sweetness deceptive. As Ole describes the glasses in turn, their contents become more ominous until, in the sixth glass... "The aroma is filled with dried fruits and some malt. Pours amber, clear, sparkling with a white foam. It has a heavy cloying sweetness and I can find much of the same flavours as in the aroma. A good beer!"

  • Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer 6PK 12oz

Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer is a lively, refreshing ale with a natural citrusy flavor and distinctive cloudy appearance. This easy drinking American-style wheat beer has become our most popular offering, and the best-selling craft beer in the Midwest. A slightly cloudy, light-bodied, straw colored beer with a sweet, bready malt flavor, low hop bitterness and a hint of citrus.

  • Brasserie d'Orval Trappist Ale 12oz

This product of the Trappist monastery Abbaye Notre-Dame d’Orval pours a murky burnt orange with a billowy off-white head. It possesses an odd and invigorating nose of caramelized bananas, along with some highly unusual spice and burnt sugar notes. The first swallow has the mouthfeel of seltzer water along with a root-based earthiness, although those banana and unusual spice flavors are ever-present in the aftertaste. Orval is a mysterious brew, and fairly uncommon for a Belgian Trappist ale – I got more mouth-coating hops and bready yeast than the usual candi sugar and estery fruit. I can’t say that I loved it, but I’ve certainly never had anything quite like Orval.

  • Brasserie Grain d'Orge Belzebuth Strong Ale 3 PK 8.4oz

Brasserie Grain d'Orge beer of top fermentation, Belzebuth represents the achievement of a more than one hundred year-old know-how, the one of the Brewery Grain d'Orge. Under its copper colour, it hides a strong character for the lovers of sensations. It owes its strength to the subtle mixture of pure malts, hops and yeasts especially selected by our Master-Brewer.

  • Brewery Ommegang BPA 4PK 12oz

Brewery Ommegang copper-golden in color with entrancing effervescence, BPA forms a substantial, fluffy white head, giving off aromas of tropical fruit and citrus. Noticeable herbal notes and bitterness from the hops never overpower the balanced malt backbone and allow the estery qualities of our yeast to shine through. We feel the result is quite remarkable. Giving a nod to the fine Pale Ales brewed in America today, though never forgetting its classic Belgian roots, BPA is exceedingly refreshing and well-balanced.

  • Brewery Ommegang Hennepin 4 PK 12oz

Brewery Ommegang this hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Similar to the Belgian Saison style , this beer serves well as an aperitif. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue. The style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons. Try Hennepin with: rustic fare such as quiche, bread and cheeses, roasted chicken, fresh water fish, including shellfish (especially lobster). Hennepin's coriander and ginger notes lend themselves to the composed spicing in Asian cuisines. It goes well with Thai and Indian cuisine, sushi, Mongolian hotpots, fried fish, spare ribs and Peking duck.

  • Brewery Ommegang Hop House 4PK 12oz

Belgium-style pale ale. Dry-hopped with a blend of European and US hops. Pale and hoppy with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Our Belgium-American love child.

  • Brouwerij Bavik Wittekerke 25oz

Brouwerij Bavik In 1998 the Brewery Bavik and VTM (Flemish Television Company that produces among other things the TV serial Wittekerke ) raise a glass to the success of the Wittekerke Wit Beer. This is not a coincidence since both of them are familiar with the taste of success. Not long ago Bavik was awarded the price of "Brewer of the best Belgian wit beer (= white beer) while hundreds of thousands of Flemish people are chained to their television set for the VTM-serial Wittekerke. A sign of great mastery! The result is a tasty top-fermented beer. You will recognize Wittekerke Wit Beer by the elegant glass, the sunny colour and the dense, creamy head. The flavour is rounded and has a spicy subdued bitterness. The celebrated beer connoisseur Michel Jackson becomes lyrical while describing Wittekerke as "creamy, aromatic, with a clean, teasing, perfumy fruitiness and faintly herbal tartness".

  • Brouwerij Timmermans Oude Gueze 25.4oa

Brouwerij Timmermans Oude Gueuze is an appellation controlee: its label is protected. It is also known as the champagne of beers, especially as it is only available as a limited edition. Timmermans Oude Gueuze's special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation. It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. The different lambics are carefully selected by the brewer to obtain a perfect flavour. After it has been produced, Timmermans Oude Gueuze, which is refermented for four months in the bottle, continues to improve for 20 years. Taste: Discovering the world of the Brettanomyces, the name given to the spontaneously fermenting wild yeast at the heart of the legendary lambics of the Senne Valley, is a fascinating experience. This little marvel of bitter flavour will win you over by its subtlety of taste in which lambic never means sourness. A wild and fresh aroma is combined with a completely emancipated taste from the very first sip, leaving a flavour of authenticity on the palate while maintaining all the mystery of the Brussels gueuzes. Conservation: 20 Years. Limited Edition: A fabulous mix of lambics feeds this more than traditional version, in a limited production. The sour but never embittered tastes release a perfect balance between youth and maturity of the base products. It reveals also a wood tannin, remembering the consolidating settling in oak casks during several years. A worldly practice gathered in a Grand cru.
