  • Joel Gott Chardonnay Monterey 750ML

Joel Gott the Monterey appellation is one of the most diverse and climatically cool grape growing regions in California. The fog and cooling air from Monterey Bay slow maturity and allow the grapes to develop classic varietal characteristics, and a natural balance between sugar and acidity by harvest time. This environment has produced a Chardonnay that has flavors of citrus, pear and jasmine with bright acid structure. To preserve these characteristics and retain the purity of the fruit we crafted this wine using stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging, and prevented malolactic fermentation. This is simply a clean, crisp, delicious Chardonnay unfettered by toasty oak or buttery lactic acid flavors.

  • Josef Leitz Eins Zwei Dry 3 750ML

A wonderfully dry, but not mouth-searing style of Riesling for those who love the delicate attributes of the noble Riesling varietal but aren't keen on any residual sugar. This is a touch friendlier and more crowd pleasing than the stern 2010. Fantastically versatile, this offers up taught flavors of salty lemon, a touch of smoky minerality, lean stone fruit and a nice persistence through the finish. Makes for a nice aperitif or to wash down grilled sausages and even matches deliciously with smoked fish.

  • Josef Leitz Leitz Out Riesling 750ML

Josef Leitz they are a small estate of 5.8 hectares. Extraordinarily aromatic, vigorous wines from a vintner who grows more commanding each vintage. They have a remarkable reconciliation of weight, solidity and buoyancy. They tend to run stony, as is the Rheingau type-when it's true! And they are fastidiously specific in their site characteristics. The dry wines are better than most! Still, almost none of Johannes' wines taste "sweet." They have the coiled power of a tightly closed fist. They are intensely fragrant, as though they wished to convince you of something. They are like Wachau wines; they crave oxygen, and they do show their best ice cold.
