This unique orange liqueur is produced according to a secret recipe that has remained unchanged for more than 130 years. Sun-dried orange peels of both bitter and sweet oranges are macerated and then distilled in copper stills to extract the essential oils that are the key to this exceptional liqueur. The other natural ingredients (alcohol, sugar, water, and assorted herbs) found in Cointreau contribute to its rich aromas, creamy roundness, and fine balance. While it is an essential ingredient in many cocktail recipies, it can also be enjoyed neat over ice.

Colby Red is a flavorful California cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Shiraz, Merlot & Petite Sirah. "This is a unique and generous red wine, just as Colby is a unique and generous child. I blended five different grape varieties to make a red that's juicy and velvety smooth, with rich fruit flavors and a soft finish. Colby Red is a wine for sheer delicious enjoyment. Colombo Marsala is available in both Dry and Sweet. An excellent aperitif or dessert wine, Colombo Marsala is a staple in the finest kitchens. Used by professional chefs for its high quality and consistency bottle after bottle, Colombo ensures each dish lives up to its delicious reputation. Like all of the finest wines in Italy, Colombo Marsala is protected by Controlled Denomination of Origin (D.O.C.). Meaning it is a fortified wine made with a blend of Grillo, Inzolia and Catarratto grapes, which are ONLY grown in Western Sicily.

Coltibuono the wine is a bright, intense red color with the essence of cherries and ripe wild berries in the nose. A soft, balanced, full-flavored wine with good structure. Well-balanced acidity accompanied by a long clean finish.

This bold style Cabernet Sauvignon displays great complexity and structure. There are aromas of dark berry fruits and plum on the nose with chocolate and vanilla on the palate. This wine pairs well with beef tenderloin or hearty pasta.

The Grand Estates merlot has a rich aromatic profile with notes of chocolate and dark cherries. On the palate our Merlot has complex fruit flavors followed by a smooth, velvety finish. Pair this wine with Blue cheese, duck, beef, veal and dark chocolate.

Columbia Winery Chardonnay offers bright aromas of pear, apple and hints of tropical fruits that extend to the palate. A balanced acidity and integrated sweet vanilla oak notes create an elegant Chardonnay that is distinctly Northwest. We love this wine with Dungeness crab or Penn Cove mussels.

Compass Box elegant flavours of vanilla cream, toffee, coconut. Recommended as an aperitif, serve with a small amount of chilled water. Late in the evening, serve neat. Also makes a great whisky sour. Hedonism is unusual in the Scotch whisky world: a blended grain Scotch whisky. It is very rare to see 100% grain whisky bottlings, in Scotland. Going back 100 years, grain whisky brands were more common, but they were overtaken in popularity by the big brands of blended Scotch, which comprised both grain whisky and malt whisky. Today, most Scotch grain whisky gets blended into the big brand names, typically at young ages. For Hedonism, we search for old casks of Scotch grain whisky. And we only produce Hedonism once a year, when we find casks with the right flavour profile.

To craft our rich Cabernet Sauvignon, fully ripened grapes from Lodi and North Valley are crushed and impelled over six times daily during fermentation to maximize the rich fruit flavors and deep color. This Cabernet Sauvignon is easy to drink, round and has a long finish. Food pairing: Meatball marinara topped with mozzarella cheese.

Glen Ellen is most celebrated for Chardonnay, known as “Sunshine in a Glass.” To best express the fruit, this wine is crafted using artisan techniques that include stirring and aging on the lees, practices that enhance mouthfeel and promote complex flavor development. Food pairing: Pork with a side of steamed vegetables.
