Our Moscato is bright, crisp and decadent. It's well balanced with just the right acidity combined with floral aromas that bloom into deliciously sweet flavors of peach and apricot. I liken our Moscato to sipping on liquid gold. It's so good, you'll be tempted to put your dessert aside and enjoy this refreshing wine alone. Perfect anytime - as an aperitif, with light cheeses, sorbets, or fruit.

Our Pinot Grigio expresses abundant citrus and lemon-lime aromas with layers of fresh stone fruit, sprinkled with intense floral and lavender notes. Bright and racy acidity is beautifully balanced with fresh citrus, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. A number of foods would be great with this wine. Try it with a bowl full of steamed mussels in a broth made with Rex Goliath Pinot Grigio, garlic, onions, and butter. Or for a hot summer afternoon, fresh fish tacos are an amazing partner!

Rich taste and rare smoothness are what you’ll find in one of Canada’s oldest whisky brands. Pale amber color. Aromas of vanilla buttercream, praline, and delicate mocha follow through on a soft, brisk entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with a nice oily texture and a smooth, lightly peppery fade. A very pleasant mixing style.

Brilliant orange in color, and citrus is the dominant flavor on the palate. It’s sweet but not cloying, with rich, sherried fruitiness to it — orange, plums, and grilled peaches. The finish is driven by the wood — caramel and cotton candy notes — but it goes out clean. While rye is obviously a component here, it’s not a dominant one: Spiciness is limited largely to the nose, where you get a touch of herbs, and a fleeting hint of it on the finish.

This, our only multi-vineyard wine, comes from three of the finest appellations in Sonoma County. As with our single-vineyard wines, the grapes are harvested by hand, fermented on native yeasts and aged in small cooperage. Cool summer weather delayed ripening; we began harvesting in mid-September, finishing in late October. We chose the most accessible lots from eight ranches. This elegant wine has generous fruit, and will be most enjoyable over the next four to five years. Garnet color; briar fruit, dried herbs, clay earth, sweet oak; Fresh raspberry and cherry, moderate acid, round tannins, savory oak spice, medium body, lively finish.

Risata Moscato d'Asti is fresh, fragrant, and frizzante with vibrant, flavors and aromas of ripe stone fruit, tangerines, and honey. The wine is concentrated and flavorful, but not overly rich or heavy; sweet, yet balanced. Food Pairings: Pairs well with before dinner, after dinner, spicy dishes, tiramisu, panettone, toasted hazelnuts, apricots and figs drizzled with honey or cake.

Risata Pinot Grigio has wonderful aromas of pear, citrus and melon. On the palate, flavors of pear and apple with citrus accents mix with a crisp and refreshing finish. Food Pairings Pairs well with on its own, scallops, shrimp, grilled fish or summer salads.

Soft and fruity, with a light, tart finish, this real Italian Cabernet, infused with a raspberry splash, is a perfect little wine that's refreshingly cool. Perfect for the whole group or a special someone.

The soft pressing of select grapes is followed by the fermentation of the must at controlled temperature. The skins only stay in contact with the juice for a short time, imparting a nice pink color while keeping the juice nice and sweet. A second fermentation, using the Charmat method, imparts the characteristic sparkling note. Color: Bright rosé. Bouquet: Light, fresh and delicate. Taste: Soft, approachable and fruity.

Robert Biale brought out the best that Napa Valley Petite Sirah has to offer. This big black and blue wine is somethin' else. Wait 'til you see it - and taste it! Opaque black-black blue, thickly textured, black fruits, tree fruit, dried apricot, blackberry pastry, mocha, espresso crema, dusty, toasty, brushy, mouth-coating well-mannered tannins, bright juicy acidity, subdued oak and dark spices - maybe a touch of clove and pepper. Perfumey fruit with the classic Royal Punishers generous and mouth-watering tannins, It is unbelievably soft for a Petite Sirah. It has that extra dimension of umami flavor we always get from Rutherford Petite Sirah.

Robert Hall Paso Robles Chardonnay is a bright straw- gold color. Rich from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine shows peach and butterscotch flavors with hints of butter. The wine is round, medium-bodied with balancing acidity and toasty oak that lengthens the finish.

Robert Keenan finished wine shows citrus, ripe pear and green apple in the nose. Hints of lush white peach are noticed as the wine opens up. The sur-lie aging has added richness and complexity, and a touch of toasty oak returns on the finish. Like all of Keenan's wines, this Chardonnay is a food worthy wine whose crisp acidity and medium body will accompany a wide variety of food fare.

A classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, has aromas of blackberries, dried herbs and dried floral which follow to the palate on a rich wave of concentrated flavor. There is the textural sensation of dark chocolate on the deliciously long, lingering finish,

Deliciously true to the variety and terroir the wine is lavishly perfumed and captivating in its elegance. A lovely cascade of aromas: sweet plums and juicy berries, infused with brown sugar, turned earth and warm, exotic spices translates gracefully to the palate. The rich flavors and plush texture are balanced by freshness and cool minerality. Lovely, silken texture with a long, berry and spice finish.

Velvety layers of blackberry, plum and cassis highlight this Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon. The complex interplay of aromas and flavors in the wine come from these vineyards planted in varied soils throughout California's Central Coast. The winemaker carefully selected the grapes to ensure rich, ripe character with soft tannins.
