Brimming with style and elegance, our Cabernet Sauvignon offers generous dark fruit and toasty spices. The nose is a heady mix of cedar,tobacco and oak spices over briary black fruits. In the mouth, flavors of dark cherry, ripe plum and mulberries unfold with supple ease, influenced by a small amount of Merlot, which fleshes out the midpalate and lends lovely red tones. A lively acidity picks up on the back of the palate as the dark fruit flavors exit with a peppery finish.

Our Meritage is a blend of five varietals, layered together in a wine that is engaging, fruit forward and complex. Aromas of bright red cherries, plums and berry pie leap from the glass, gently rounded by a kiss of sweet caramel and vanilla. The juicy fruit continues through the palate with full-bodied flavors and ripe, round tannins. Mocha and chocolate notes lend subtle nuances to the lively cherry-berry flavors that span the length of the palate and into the long finish.

Summers these Charbono grapes, estate grown on the Summers' "Villa Andriana" Vineyard in Calistoga grown in deep, loamy, volcanic soil. A very rare varietal, Charbono is thought to have originated between the borders of southeastern France and northwestern Italy. Now only found growing in less than 100 acres of California, Char- bono thrives in the northern end of the Napa Valley. This vintage is a mid-full bodied wine with fruit aromas like blueberry with a hint of dried plum. It has a deep purple color and a robust, earthy flavor that makes Charbono different and distinctive from other wines. Great finish with surprising vitality from good acidity. A lovely wine of bold color and bright fruit.

Switzer this is a lush Cabernet with intense aromas of black raspberry, hazlenut and cinnamon bark. In the mouth, the flavors are rich and fruit focused. Ripe current and blackberry integrate nicely with the toasted oak flavors. The wine has a silky texture that finishes with a long persistent aftertaste.

Tamber Bey Bordeaux blend "Rabicano" represents the fifth vintage of this Yountville Appellation wine from the Deux Chevaux Vineyard. The nose is greeted with aromas of red currant, red cherry, a hint of pomegranate, clay and floral in the form of delicate lavender notes. The aroma evolves into light cedar, gentian violet and blackberry. The mouth feel is medium bodied, velvety, seamless and fresh, thanks to good acidity lifting up the wine. Flavors of pomegranate are mixed with an herbal hint. The finish mixes delicate crushed raspberry notes with light cigar box, smokiness and ash. This is a wonderful "drink now" wine that will also improve with age.
