WALT "La Brisa" Sonoma County Chardonnay Color of freshly cut wheat, with a touch of green. Pear, gardenia, nutmeg and hints of melon on the nose. Broad and rich on the palate, with flavors of quince, lemon curd, and apple with a bright, focused mineral acidity on the finish.

Morning Fog Chardonnay is an great expression of Livermore Valley Chardonnay, with diverse alluvial fans of soil consistently creating Chardonnay with beautiful and lingering minerality, which coupled with the natural acidity from the long and cool growing season, creates a beautiful wine. Crisp flavors of green apple and tropical fruit, balanced by vanilla and a touch of toasty oak from barrel aging. With a mouth-filling body and balanced acidity, this wine delivers a medium-long, refreshing finish. Full-bodied with a lingering creamy finish allow this to pair well with oysters, chicken and veal.

Our Riva Ranch Chardonnay is a beautifully rich, yet balanced style of Chardonnay that represents what the Arroyo Seco appellation has to give. Deep, rich soils allow for vines with deep roots, which help to deliver rich fruit flavors. In addition to the classic Chardonnay aromas of apple and pear, Arroyo Seco consistently delivers aromas of tropical fruits and stone fruits. This is distinctly a California style of Chardonnay, but is consistently well balanced with ample acidity. Displaying the perfect balance of tropical fruit, acidity and creamy notes of butter, vanilla and subtle oak from barrel aging, this Chardonnay has a round mouth-feel and a crisp, long finish.

This wine shows butterscotch, crisp Fuji apple, and hints of citrus along with integrated oak notes. Nicely structured with flavors of stone fruit, papaya and pear supported by the natural acidity derived from the grapes. The wine finishes long with undertones of tropical fruit and toasty oak.

Whitehall Lane this crisp and refreshing wine is loaded with aromas and flavors of lemon, kiwi, honeydew melon and grapefruit. It is light to medium bodied with excellent balance and a clean finish.

Straw in color, this Pinot Gris offers aromas of tropical papaya and starfruit with a layer of intricate white floral notes. A fruit-forward palate of kiwi, tangerine and peach are accented by a touch of warm spice and a finish that is crisp, clean and refreshing. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Extra Dry is carefully crafted for those who enjoy their sparkling wine with a light touch of sweetness. Zepaltas now for a bit of weirdness…We have been intrigued by "vin jaune" (wines that are not topped off during cask aging) wines from the Jura region of France. We have also been experimenting with more skin contact on white wines to see what we can get in the way of more complexity. We like to think we are building a tradition with our winemaking, but we always leave a little room for messing around with experiments.
