Merryvale we love Merlot from the southern part of Napa Valley, especially the Carneros AVA. The region's cool climate and marine-based soils bring out the best in this Bordeaux variety. Our Carneros Merlot is surprisingly dark with bright cherry, blueberry and currant aromatics on top of coffee/mocha, toast and cranberry. The palate is lush and velvety with good weight and soft tannins. The wine displays great richness, without being heavy or excessive. In short, it is quintessential Carneros Merlot.

Merryvale back in the late '70s and early '80s Carneros helped launch a revolution in California Pinot Noir. Our cool climate and marine-based soils proved ideal for this finicky variety. Our bottling delivers ripe aromas of red cherry, strawberry, green tea and spice. The palate is round, earthy and juicy with great acidity and fine supporting tannins. The depth and structure of this wine are a reflection of great terroir and intensive farming methods.

Meyer Family Cellars this Cabernet exhibits dark notes of leather, plum, cardamom and hint of eucalyptus, which is characteristic to this vineyard. As the wine opens up we see more cedar, vanilla, and aromas of ripe cherry. Once in the mouth, two and a half years in American oak have added depth to the tannin which carries until the last drop.

Traditional red wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 25'C; briefly refined in wood, ruby red in color, intense bouquet, complex with vanilla notes characteristic of the refinement in wood, dry flavor, lightly tannic, full-body.

Michael David like elephants whose size is imposing, Petite Petit is large! A blend of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot, offering a joyous explosion of color and fun! It is a substantial, dense, full-bodied, whopper style of wine loaded with pure black fruit and vanilla flavors that coat the palate. It reveals remarkable richness with a finish that is slightly dry and seems to linger.

Pungent blackberry aroma with flourishes of blueberry, black tea, cola, and cedary oak; on the palate, there is a velvety, broad, full feel without being heavy or harsh, the enriching sensations of sweet oak filling out a lavish sense of varietal richness.

Middle Sister smells like ripe summer berries with a touch of vanilla. Tastes like lush berries lead into a lingering cocoa powder finish. Yummy with portobello mushroom burgers, grilled tuna, braised lamb shanks, aged jack cheese.

Middle Sister smells like: ripe red and dark berry fruits like plum, blueberry and blackberry. Sassy dash of black and white pepper with a dollop of crème de cassis. Tastes like: a huge mouthful of ripe summer berries. The fruit goes on and on, ending in a luxurious finish. Yummy with: Roasts, grilled meats, pizza, pasta, salmon, burgers, burritos, soups and sandwiches.

Migration with its red and blue fruit aromatics and enticing notes of rhubarb, bacon fat and toast, there is a lovely Anderson Valley quality to this Pinot Noir. On the palate, it is long and elegant with seamless oak, refreshing acidity and youthful, yet well-integrated tannins. It is lovely to drink now, but also cellar-worthy.

Dark, harmonious and complex with flavors of black cherry, plum, cassis, coffee mocha, and a hint of mint. Perfect with grilled meats, or your favorite BBQ.

The Mirassou California Cabernet Sauvignon displays deep rich blackberry and black currant flavors. These primary flavors are complimented by secondary flavors of vanilla and hints of toasted oak and brown spice. This wine is full bodied with a soft finish of moderate length.

Luscious fruit flavors of black cherry and blackberry. These primary flavors are augmented with secondary flavors of vanilla, toasty oak and spices including clove and nutmeg. The addition of complementary varietals contributes to a velvety mouth feel and lingering, smooth finish. This wine is at its best if enjoyed within a year of release, but should be able to age in the bottle for up to three years.

The reddish-purple hues of the inaugural release of our red blend, Mirassou California Sunset Red, are reminiscent of a beautiful California sunset. As the Pinot Noir pioneers to California, we are paying tribute to this elegant grape that we introduced here more than a century ago by letting it take the lead in this blend. Its sophisticated flavors of pomegranate and dark cherry are well-complemented by Zinfandel’s spice notes and red fruit flavors. To enhance the features of both varieties while rounding out the mouthfeel, we added a touch of Merlot.

Mitolo opaque dark red with youthful purple hues. Serpico has a very diverse aromatic spectrum; cut black plums intermingle with leather and herbal spice. e tannin structure is seemless, nishing with rewarding tightness. Flavours of anise, blackcurrant and roasted coee bean prevail.

Mommy's Time Out is an easy to drink red wine that has a wonderful silky texture in your mouth and a pleasant aroma.

Monte Antico deep ruby in color, its bouquet of leather, earth, herbs, black cherries, licorice and plums is confirmed on the medium to full-bodied palate - round, spicy, elegant, attractively fruity and extremely versatile with any fare from pasta or risotto, to meat, fowl and cheese.
