Leese Fitch Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing wine. This wine has a high-tone citrus zest aroma with minerality reminiscent of a brisk ocean breeze. There's a hint of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and tropical Pina Colada. The palate is zippy and alive with Lemon grass spice, but balanced with a touch of creamy tapioca to round out the mid-palate. This is a perfect wine for sipping on lazy summer after- noons, and is equally prepared to stand up to a creamy pasta dish, spicy Thai soup, or a simple dinner of fruit, cheese, and a fresh baked sourdough loaf.

For many, Chardonnay is the benchmark of a winemaker's prowess. Our Chardonnay is made in a lighter style with an emphasis on crisp flavors of fresh citrus and inviting apple aromas. Well-balanced and easy to-enjoy, its finish is remarkably smooth and clean. Our Chardonnay is incredible with poultry or seafood. Try it with boneless chicken breast smothered in Monterey Jack cheese and sauteed mushrooms. The crisp flavors of lemon and citrus make this an extremely versatile wine, especially compatible with grilled seafood, such as halibut or a tangy shrimp brochette. Another option is pasta, either with a thick cream sauce -- the lightness of Liberty Creek Chardonnay will serve as a nice contrast -- or with pesto made of freshly chopped basil.

Bin 65 is a very approachable Chardonnay, golden yellow in color and soft in the mouth from a touch of malolactic fermentation; the open is an apple nose which unfolds into a mouthful of peach overwhelming a melon backing, ending in some spicy notes from a little oak aging. Finishing short, but clean, clearly most of the wine has been steel tanked, and a finale of acidity which makes this a nice choice and a Great Value!

It is a trifecta of Albarino, Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay; each providing a balancing force in the blend. The Albarino is delicate in aroma, like a white peach, but full flavored. The Malvasia Bianca is almost overwhelming with jasmine flower and apricot nectar aromas, yet brisk and clean to taste. The Chardonnay is a ripe pear in both flavor and aroma, filling your mouth with warm, succulent flavor. But, the wine is much more than the sum of its parts...insanely good!

Marco Negri Moscato d’Asti DOCG wine is made with 100% Moscato bianco grapes. This pale golden wine is light and elegant with a rich, fruity bouquet and a taste that is beautifully balanced between sweetness and acidity. Low in alcohol and slightly fizzy, it is delicious and very easy to drink. It serves as a superb accompaniment to desserts and since it is low in alcohol, is also an excellent aperitif.

Aromas of fresh pineapple and gardenia blossoms will surely take you back to those warm summery days. Juicy fruit is a continuing theme with apricot, honeydew melon and ruby grapefruit. A ripe entry is full on the palate with a bright, clean finish. Enjoy with a plate of freshly shucked oysters or a bucket of mussels in coconut broth.

100% Viura this is a lovely taste of Spain’s mouthwatering white Rioja –a wine poised for tapas because it can go so well with so many varied bites. It is citrusy and shows apples and other orchard fruit but a sweet hay and grassy nuance too. Fresh, fruity and savory all at once, this is a dream with fried foods and pulpo where the octopus was live a second ago and the potatoes tender and snappy.

Perfectly balanced aromas of baked apple, citrus, toast and floral notes delight the nose and continue as flavors in the juicy, round mouth. "The grapes for this wine were grown in Russian River vineyards near Healdsburg and Windsor, predominantly from Herrick, Hill, Ricci and Laguna vineyards. Some fruit from Green Valley (a sub-appellation of Russian River Valley) was blended in this year, which added a nice apple-pear character." Pair this rich, refreshing Chardonnay with light fish dishes, a variety of salads and mild cheeses.
