The Greg Norman Estates Cabernet Merlot is a gorgeous garnet red color, vibrant and lustrous in the glass. The nose is bright with defined aromas of red berry fruits, strawberry, fresh raspberry, cranberry and red currant. With hints of warm, dark plum and rhubarb along with fine cinnamon spice and light cedar oak notes adding complexity to the nose. The medium bodied wine has a tight structure around a generous core of red berry fruit as reflected in the wines aromas. The soft, rounded and velvety tannins add to the overall structure and texture of the palate, but also add definition and length to the finish. “This is a classic Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot of great finesse and character, two varieties renown for perfectly complimenting each other and for making long lived wines that age gracefully,” said Winemaker, Andrew Hales.

The Greg Norman Estates Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful crimson color. The wine offers inviting aromas of fresh, ripe boysenberry, blackberry and plum. Secondary aromas of brown spice and fragrant vanilla add a layer of complexity. The full-bodied wine has flavors of juicy berries, clove and a slight candied violet note. This wine is balanced with smooth tannins that are well integrated. The wine has a lingering, cocoa flavor finish.

The Greg Norman Estates Shiraz is an attractive dark crimson red color in the glass. On the nose, rich chocolate and coconut mocha notes from the oak maturation underpin distinctive black cherry, mulberry and blackberry jam aromas. The medium bodied wine is soft and elegantly structured showing a spectrum of rich dark fruits including cherry, mulberry, blackberry, and boysenberry flavors on the palate. These flavors meld with fine cedar and chocolaty oak adding persistence on the long finish.

Grgich Hills we craft our Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, farming our vineyards naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides. This wine is packed with rich aromas of black cherry and licorice with a hint of mocha and vintage leather. Its full body and fine-grained tannins make it the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck.

We co-fermented the Zinfandel with a touch of Petite Sirah to add complexity and structure, and then aged the wine in large oak casks so the flavors are well integrated but not overwhelmed by oak. This food-friendly Zinfandel's flavors of strawberries, red plums, orange zest, and a hint of white pepper make it the perfect match for grilled meats, lasagna, pizza topped with tomato sauce, and beef stews

Aromatic and concentrated, this Cabernet bursts out of the glass with aromas of black cherries and dried black currants complemented by notes of espresso and sweet oak. On the palate flavors combining dark chocolate and blueberries are framed by drying tannins, leading to a clean finish with hints of caramelized plums and spice. The plush tannins and strong dark fruit flavors of this wine make it a perfect complement to marinated skirt steak with grilled onions, or teriyaki chicken skewers.

Hahn this deep-ruby Merlot opens with aromas of dark cherry, plum, dried herbs and tea. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with layers of black cur- rant, cherry, bittersweet chocolate and tobacco sup- ported by bright acid and broad tannins. The finish is long and memorable. This wine is delightful when paired with rich and hearty pasta dishes or succulent meats. Try it with grilled beef tenderloin and wild mushroom ragout, or with bold Italian pasta slathered in a meaty tomato- based sauce.

Hahn flavors of black cherry cola, blackberry, fig and pepper are supported by refreshing acidity and a well-framed tannic structure. This Southern Rhone-inspired blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre showcases the best of these varietals from California's Central Coast. Grenache brings berry and spice notes to the mix, while Syrah provides color and tannins, and Mourvedre adds acidity and structure. This deep-hued wine opens with intense aromas of dark fruit and berries, vanilla and clove.

Hahn this Pinot Noir offers soft tannins, delicious plum and cherry aromas and flavors, a hint of allspice and an underpinning of the earth itself. Without a doubt, its defining feature is its irresistibly silky, velvety texture.

Hall the nose on our Napa Valley Merlot is intricately laced with minty plum, black currant, herbal minerality, and spiced cocoa. The mid-palate is expressly lifted with vibrant tannins that gracefully melt away under sweet baked plum, cocoa and dried rose petal flavors. With an enticing fruit presence, this wine is enjoyable now, but will mature and gain complexity over the next 3-5 years.

Jammy fruit from beginning to end—starting with aromas of blueberry pie, nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth, flavors expand to include boysenberry, plum, blueberry and spice. This full bodied wine has a bold tannin structure and balanced acidity that lead to a long finish. This big wine is anything but “petite."

Hedges deep purple color, yet not opaque. A sense of finesse in the color which suggests liveliness on the palate. The mouth feel is angular, with grace and precision. The vintage produced a savory character in the wines, like that of fennel, salt, tar and steel. Highly integrated tannins, dusty in a sense, alongside protective acidity guarding against premature oxidation.

Herencia Altés bright crimson in colour, this wine is very expressive with notes of red fruits and minerals that leap from the glass. Plenty of fruit on the palate, a touch of complexity and sweet tannins. Pairs well with grilled meats, cabrito and lamb.

Hey Mambo deep purple in color, this blend shows aromas of warm baking spices (nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon bark) with gobs of dark black fruit behind it (blackberry, dark cherry, black raspberry). The vanilla aroma comes from American Oak aged portion of the blend and the cocoa/coconut aromas are predominantly from the French oak aged portion of this blend (just about 50/50 on the oak sourcing). On the palate, you first get flavors of ripe blueberry, boysenberry cobbler, dark plum, and wild strawberry. Then the flavors start to change and you get dark cocoa, sweet leather, fresh fig, fermented black bean, and rich toasted oak notes. The finish bounces back and forth between sweet black fruit and dark caramelized oak flavors.
