The fruit for this brute of a Cab comes from the original “super freak”, Michael Phillips vineyard located only a medicine balls toss away from the winery. Surprisingly nimble and elegant, showing great balance, strength, and poise. This Cabernet has a bouquet of dark cherry and roasted spices. Full bodied and mouth filling with gobs of black currant, blackberry, charred oak, vanilla and cassis. Mild tannins with a mellow, long finish.

This Merlot captures the rich, ripe flavors of the Dry Creek Valley. It is a medium-bodied wine with intense flavors of blackberry and cherry, underscored by hints of spice from barrel aging.

Since 1964 it’s been one of our family’s favorites, so we think you’ll enjoy it too. Hearty Burgundy’s well-balanced fruit and subtle hints of oak pair well with the bold and layered flavors of chili, Italian meat sauce, and grilled sausages.

Our full-bodied Merlot is all about taste. It’s tough not to enjoy the blended flavors of black cherry, ripe plum and hints of oak that create a velvety richness. Smooth and approachable fruit flavor matches very well with a wide range of foods including pork roast, pasta with rich tomato sauce, poultry, as well as grilled meats and vegetables.

Gamba our vintage of Gamba Estate Vineyard Russian River Valley is a brilliant garnet. color, the aromas are highlighted by luscious black cherry, raspberry with clove, and toasted oak accents. In the mouth this wine is soft and velvety, filling the senses with juicy cherry, boysenberry and blueberry, with layered, subtle, complex flavors of cardamom, nutmeg, toasty mocha, and hints of allspice.

Garage Wine Co. bright ruby red. Pungent smoke and spice-accented aromas of dark berries and licorice, with a floral quality adding an exotic touch. Smooth and appealingly sweet on entry, then tighter in the middles palate, offering intense blackberry cassis flavors and a touch of bitter herbs. Closes on a juicy note, with mounting tannins and lingering spiciness.

Gardienne Des Vignes displays a dense, saturated purple color. Delivering its signature spice right out of the blocks combined with intense, briery, black currant, blackberry and black cherry fruit. The layers of vibrant, dark fruit intermingle with hints of pepper, cedar, mocha and sasparilla building in complexity. This is an intensely fruited, rich, medium-full bodied, mouth-filling Zinfandel with a voluptuous texture and medium to fine grain tannins. The intensity builds toward the long finish where the wine becomes smooth and supple.

This wine had fruity notes with cherry on the nose and a honey suckle smell. It tasted earthy and slightly smokey, with a leathery and dusty mouth feel. It had distinct tannins and a smooth finish. I tasted this wine alone without food.

Gerard Bertrand the Pinot Noir is a fragile, demanding variety which is capable of producing extremely fine red wines. It produces nicely rounded and fruity wines which should be opened when young. In more concentrated versions produced from low-yield vines, the wines gain in structure and aromatic complexity with sometimes velvety textures and great ageing potential. This 100% Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in the region's coolest areas set at altitude. It is a fruity wine offering notes of ripe cherry, wild raspberry and spices, as well as silky tannins and an elegant, balanced finish.

An intense, radiant robe with a subtlebrowntinge. Intensely fruity on the nose, withred fruit and raspberry aromas underpinned by complex, spicy notes. A wonderful combination of supple tannins and delicate notes of scrubland and spices on the palate.
