Estancia our GSM blend (Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre) spends the entirety of its life together from vineyard to bottle. Smooth, harmonious, and complex, this wine reflects the characteristics of a classic Rhône valley GSM. Deep, dark plum color. Aromas of luscious fruit, violet, and raspberry with notes of nutmeg, cigar box, cider, and cherry. Intense berry fruit elevated by notes of chocolate and French vanilla flavors.

Carneros Estate Pinot Noir defines the classic Grace Benoist Ranch style with lifted red fruit aromas, ranging from pomegranate and red cherry to wild strawberry and raspberry, and a spicy entry of baking spice, forest floor and sandalwood. Refined tannins and ideal natural acidity frame the lush, intricate flavors. Despite the wine’s strength, it possesses a persistent fruit finish and elegance that make it uplifting and polished.

All grapes for this wine came from our own vineyards in the Dundee Hills. Even though this is our "young vine" cuvée, the vines average 32 years. Eyrie’s attentive vineyard practices focus on rigorous training of the vines and on picking at just the right time in order to capture optimal Pinot flavor.

Failla we feel this is the most elegant Keefer we've made. Briary berries and griotte mingle delightfully with sarsaparilla and briny olive. Firm tannins provide structure to the typical Keefer lushness and juicy black cherry palate. Will age well for 7-10 years.

Failla this cuvée is a blend of young-vine blocks from Failla's multiple Sonoma Coast appellation sources. As always the winemaking method remains the same for the Sonoma Coast wines as the Vineyard Designates. Each of the lots were fermented separately and blended at bottling. Upon arriving to the winery, the fruit was destemmed and placed in open top fermenters and cold soaked for 5 days. Fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts and typically finishes in five days. Immediately following fermentation, the wine is barreled down by gravity. Roughly 15% new oak is used on each of the individual lots and aged sur-lie for 9 months. The balance of the Sonoma Coast blend was sourced from mainly younger vines from the following vineyards: Keefer Ranch, Hirsch, Floodgate, Failla Estate, Sonoma Stage, and Whistler.

Cabernet Sauvignon Next Wine  Fancy Pants Cabernet Sauvignon presents a robust and rich palate with ripe berries, red fruit, and toasty oak flavors. Cherries and vanilla spice on the mouth lead to a long, lingering finish. This graceful, flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon can be enjoyed now and makes an enjoyable accompaniment to roast chicken, steaks, roasts, lamb, game and mildly seasoned pastas.

This is an elegant wine with flavours of cherries & plums and a hint of spice on the nose. These flavours follow through onto smooth palate that finishes with rounded fruity tannins

Far Niente aromas of tobacco leaf, dark cherry, and a whisper of floral perfume. A silky entry leads to a juicy midpalate of red fruit and earth. Fine tannins carry a light briar note, lingering on an elegant finish.

Select lots of grapes are chosen from our vineyards in Sonoma County to create this beautifully-balanced and full-bodied 2011 Ferrari-Carano Merlot. This is a velvety wine with a complex nose of blueberry pie, raspberry jam, cedar, vanilla and spice. A fleshy and generous mouthfeel is followed by notes of bittersweet chocolate, clove and toffee. This wine has full, generous tannins that coat the palate, impressive length and lasting acidity. Perfect Pairings: The fruit forward, easy drinking qualities of our Merlot make it the perfect wine to pair with any red meat course, Italian entrées, and roasted or grilled fragrantly-spiced poultry dishes.

SIENA has delicious aromas and flavors of fresh-picked blackberries, cola, cinnamon, cherry pie and vanilla bean. Sweet oak notes of spice, roasted marshmallow, caramel and vanilla complement lingering, bright red and black berries. SIENA has tannins that are soft, harmonious and mouth coating with lovely viscosity, depth and a tremendous finish.

A dark ruby garnet color and aromas of cherry, raspberry, black tea, baking spices and vanilla, all set the stage for this elegant wine. Black cherry, ripe raspberry, nutmeg and wet stone with well integrated oak are highlighted by the hallmark acidity found in fruit from this cold climate vineyard.

On the nose, aromas of cherry, strawberry, earth, forest floor, cinnamon and vanilla can be detected. This Pinot Noir has a lively acidity and combines flavors of bright cherry, cranberry, strawberry fruit and vanilla on the palate.

This Pinot Noir is surprisingly smooth with a dark rich color and welcome collection of flavors. On the nose you will be greeted with aromas of pomegranate. Tasting delivers a smooth mouth-feel and layers of rich, ripe cherries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with just a touch of oak.

This wine is sourced from some of our finest Cabernet vineyards in Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino counties. Bright cherry and currant aromas are echoed in the elegant flavors, that are accented by vanilla, cedar and anise notes. A mouth-filling wine, this Cabernet is amazingly soft and drinkable. Grilled or sauteed steaks with peppercorns and hearty stews fare well with this lush, young wine. Great with cheeses as well!
